Our History:
The CostaBlancaLive website started as a small project. A small company that would be able to help UK residents find that property in Spain they had dreamt of. CostaBlancaLive began serving as the perfect relocation package. The aim was to find that perfect property and offer the customer perfect peace of mind as well as all the advice and help they may need when moving to a new country.
With first hand experience in moving to Spain from England, John and Amanda knew how difficult the process could be without the right help and advice. CostaBlancaLive was to become a company that ensured peace of mind, advice and security as well as offering an abundance of properties.
Since 2007, the business has grown from a small project, into a busy and bustling company.
With the business growing at such an enormous rate, CostaBlancaLive soon joined forces with other local realtors. Since then, CostaBlancaLive has joined forces with other Costa Blanca agents in order to expand their property portfolio to include every type of home across the southern Costa Blanca.

CostaBlancaLive believe that the customer comes first. As soon as a customer enquiries about a property, they are responded to immediately. However, having a shop front presence is also important. For this reason the company is proud to have four separate offices.

Meet the Founders:
Costa Blanca Live is the brain child of John and Amanda Treagust.
With 29 combined years worth of experience in the Leisure industry between them, John and Amanda believe they know what consumers want and how they should be treated. After moving to Spain, it was clear that there was a serious lack of affability and reliability in the property industry.
Strong in the understanding that moving to another country was stressful enough, they vowed to make the move easier and carefree for those who wanted to do the same. CostaBlancaLive was born. An internet based property business with the underlining belief that the customer is king and a strong belief that this business could still be successful at the same time as making it enjoyable.
John Treagust: Sales Director
After spending 15 years in the Leisure industry, John has more than a little knowledge of how to make people smile. With a bright and bubbly personality, coupled with a great knowledge of the Costa Blanca, John believes that moving to Spain should be a great adventure rather than a stressful experience. Taking all the stress and strain out of the mix, you are left in the capable hands of someone who understands all aspects of living and working on the Costa Blanca.
Amanda Treagust - Commercial Director
Amanda is the calm before John’s storm. Amanda has similar experiences within the industry, with over 14 years experience to draw from. With personality that can take on any challenge, Amanda never rests until her clients are settled into that perfect property and are enjoying the Spanish lifestyle she has come to love and adore. With a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding areas, as well as legal aspects of living in Spain as well as schooling and education in Spain, Amanda is always armed with answers to all questions that crop up when moving a family to another country. Her calm persona settles her clients nerves and her organised behaviour allows customers to sit back happy in the knowledge that all their worries will be well looked after.
