A light and spacious detached villa in its own grounds with open views of the countryside and to the sea. Villa Adelfas has three bedrooms, two double bedded and one twin bedded, a lounge with satellite television, DVD player and music centre, kitchen dining room, utility room with washing machine and two shower rooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge that takes the total capacity to 8 people. The heated indoor pool has access from the lower terrace and the master bedroom. Outside there are four terrace areas, two with barbecues. Views from the terraces look across the surrounding countryside and to the Mediterranean sea. The main floor has a double and twin bedroom, shower room, lounge and a barbecue terrace with open views. Access to the lower floor is by an internal spiral staircase or by an external access through the kitchen or pool area. Here is the large kitchen and dining area with doors to another terrace, and the master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and direct access to the swimming pool and the outside terrace. Within a short walk (500m) of Villa Adelfas you will find a comprehensive supermarket, two restaurants and a bank with ATM. A little further on is the new shopping complex and Benitachell village is just a short drive of 3500 metres. The towns of Moraira and Javea are 8km and 10km respectively.
