San Esteban is in a nice complex of Spanish style apartments surrounding a large garden with plenty of grassed areas and a pool with shallow childrens section. The apartment is on the ground floor and faces south with a full width terrace. There is a double and a twin bedroom each with a built in wardrobe, bedside tables, a dressing table with large mirror and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, washbasin and WC. The kitchen features a hob and oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is ample hot water provided by an instant gas fired boiler and gas central heating throughout for the winter months. In the lounge is a circular dining table with chairs, coffee tables and a two seater and a three seater settee. The lounge has a floor standing fan. The 28inch colour television receives 24 English television channels including BBC, ITV, Channels 4 and 5, Sky Sports, Sky Movies, Eurosport and BBC radio 2 and 4. There is also a DVD player (DVD's can be hired locally) and a music centre for CD's, cassettes and local English radio stations. On the terrace is a table and chairs, sun loungers and a portable barbecue. There is an allocated parking space in the underground car park and restaurants and a supermarket within a short walk of the apartment. Rental prices from 250 to 600 per week.
