Costa Blanca Live is a premier holiday rental website for villas, houses and apartments on the Costa Blanca. Costa Blanca Live was launched in May 2007, with our dynamic approach to advertising and links with our rental & travel trade partners your investment is secure with us. We understand your requirements and work closely with you to ensure maximum bookings.
Holiday Rentals
(Holiday lettings) Property Management Fee 395. All properties are advertised free of charge on www.costablancalive.co.uk www.kyero.com and www.holidaylettings.co.uk
Our commission is 15% per booking. We will take the booking and payment for you, email confirmation and transfer the balance into your UK or Spanish bank account 7 days prior to arrival. We take deposit, with the remainder paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
We will organise transfers for your clients, meet them at the property, clean it when they depart and be their Holiday Rep with a 24 hours emergency number whilst they are in resort, taking the pressure away from you, the owner!

Key Holding is charged at 25€ per year taken from your first booking. Holiday makers collect your keys from us on arrival at our office or we will meet them out of office hours at the property for 30€, payable by the client in their final balance payment.
Long term Rental Property Management
Annual Management Fee - €395 per year – All properties are advertised free of charge on www.costablancalive.co.uk www.kyero.com www.europeanproperty.com
This fee gives peace of mind to owners and provides the following services.
- Key holding
- Liaising with owners
- Regular checks to empty property (ie. doors, windows, appliances, gas, water and electric)
- Facilities for key collection 24 Hours per day
- Advertising the property for maximum rental
In addition we can provide the following services for an extra charge.
- Cleaning and laundry service for yourself and your guests
- Welcome packs
- Airport transfers
- Car hire
- Garden maintenance
- Villa maintenance
Please note the services covered in the annual management fee. However, in addition a call out charge is payable for the following problems requiring immediate attention. The call out charge is €30 out of office hours (1000 - 1900 Monday to Friday in summer and 1000 - 1800 Monday to Friday in winter)
- Alarms (due to activation of the alarm or malfunctioning, when the property is empty)
- Electric/water or gas connections
*please note, if we have to pay unpaid bills on your behalf we will charge you a €60 administration fee
- Owners or owners guests losing keys or locking themselves out
- Call out due to burglaries

Maintenance Charges
Should situations arise where we are required to leave the office to assist tradesman or oversee their work or to deal with any maintenance problem on behalf of the owner for example if we had to buy a new gas bottle and deliver it to a guests house then Costa Blanca Live charges for their time:
The costs are 15 per hour (one hour minimum) then 7.50 per half hour.
Fees will be charged for administrative work relating to the above, eg. phone calls, faxes, visits to solicitors etc at the management's discretion.
Costa Blanca Live Rental Requirements
We require from the owner of the property
- 2 sets of tagged keys with your name on
- Letter of Authority to enter your property on your behalf
- All appliance instruction manuals (to be left in a kitchen drawer)
- Owners Telephone numbers including mobile
- Owners bank and account number
- Owners email
- Passport numbers
- Owners home address
- A copy of the community rules
- The annual management fee to be paid
Please note that the owner of the property is responsible for the payment of all service bills with the exception of long term renting where the owner will pay the first 50 per month (water and electric combined). If water and electricity is disconnected due to unpaid bills, we will charge you a 60 handling charge for getting these services reconnected. All owners should be aware that Costa Blanca Live are not responsible for any responsibilities to the Spanish authorities in regard to settlement of tax obligations that their properties may incur.
Information for Property Owners
Costa Blanca Live requires a high level of cleaning, we therefore insist on our changeover clean after ALL visitors, we charge the tenant for all cleaning.
Changeover Clean
Changeover clean consist of the following: Clean bathrooms, strip beds, dust furniture, sweep and mop floors, wash and iron linen, remake beds, sweep and hose patio areas, wipe clean window ledges and patio furniture.
Garden Maintenance
Twice weekly watering and general tidying of garden as required charged weekly at - 10 Euros
Airport Transfers
Prices are based on a maximum of 4 people per vehicle and are oneway.
- Alicante Murcia (San Javier)
- Transfers to or from the airport after 0600 hrs and before 2200 hrs 60 Euros 30 Euros
- Transfer to or from the airport after 2200 hrs and before 0600 hrs 90 Euros 35 Euros
Car Hire
Can be arranged upon request.
Alarms
We use an established company and can arrange to have your alarm fitted.
Internet
We can install wireless ADSL into your property cheaply and in a matter of days.

Property Inventory
In order for us to maximise your rentals, we ask that you provide sufficient house hold items.
After Sales and Advert Changes
Our after sales service is second to none, we are a family business with offices located at Villamartin Plaza, Orihuela Costa on the Costa Blanca, but have both English and Spanish telephone numbers. We will change your advertisement as many times as you want and we do not charge for this. It is important should you make any changes to the property that your advertisement is changed also.
