Managing your property
The professional management of your holiday home is what Costa Blanca Live specialise in. We focus on caring for your home and generating income for you from rentals. Once we have been instructed by an owner, our management schedule is introduced and we begin to visit the property every two weeks, notifying you of our visit and of any situations that may arise, such as insect infestation for example. If you have purchased a new property, we can utilise our legal network of partners to act as your single source supplier. We can receive your empty property and within a short period of time have it available and marketed globally without you meeting or speaking to a single supplier. To deliver this service we negotiate with an extensive list of suppliers, therefore taking away all worries from you.
Costa Blanca Live will manage all bookings, long term tenancy agreements and organise the distribution of rental and supplier payments.
